What we collect

We collect information only when you give it to us, for example through the request form on our Start a requirement page or by email. Depending on the request, that can include:

• Your name, organization, work email, and phone number
• Details of your request, such as service needed, location, timeline, scope, and quantities
• For staffing requests: the role, number of people, start date, and assignment details
• Any files you choose to email us, such as a scope of work or drawings

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.

How we use it

We use the information you send to:

• Reply to your request and follow up about it
• Prepare proposals, crew plans, staffing responses, or teaming responses
• Send capability statements you ask for
• Keep a record of requests and our replies
• Keep the website working and secure

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only when needed to do the work you asked about, for example with a teaming partner or supplier on your requirement, and only as much as the work needs. Our website host and form provider, Wix.com, receives and stores the requests you send through the request form, and we read them in our Wix account and receive a copy by email. We also use other service providers, such as our email provider, who handle information on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Information not to send

Do not send classified, controlled unclassified (CUI), export-controlled, proprietary, or other sensitive information through this website. If your requirement involves sensitive information, tell us first, and we'll agree on a suitable method before you send anything.

Please do not send candidate resumes or personal information about job candidates through the request form. If you are looking for work, email us instead.

Cookies and outside services

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. Our website host, Wix, sets two session cookies (client-session-bind and server-session-bind); they are set by Wix, not by us, and are deleted when you close your browser. Pages load their files, including fonts, from the website host. When you send the request form, your browser connects to Wix (www.wixapis.com) to deliver it; nothing from the form is stored in your browser. If you open an address that does not exist on this site, Wix shows its own error page, which loads files from Wix and Adobe Fonts servers and sends a request to Wix. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

The Help guide on this website works with buttons only. Nothing you choose in it is stored or sent anywhere, unless you then send the request form.

How long we keep it

Requests sent through the form are kept in our Wix account for up to two years, then deleted. If you email us your résumé, we use it only to consider you for roles at Fast Horse Federal, keep it for up to two years, and delete it sooner if you ask. We keep request information for as long as we need it to respond, to carry out any resulting work, and to keep reasonable business records. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@fasthorsefederal.com. Sending us information through the website is always optional; you can also reach us by phone.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and government buyers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
