Accessibility statement

Our standard

Our target for this website is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We check the site with automated tools and keyboard testing as we build it. A full manual audit by an outside reviewer has not been done yet.

What we have done

• Text and background colors chosen for a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1
• Every link, button, and form control works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
• A "Skip to main content" link on every page
• Form fields with visible labels, and error messages that are announced and linked to their fields
• Text alternatives for images, and decorative drawings hidden from screen readers
• Buttons, form fields, and menu controls at least 44 pixels tall
• Animation turned off when your device is set to reduce motion
• Pages that adapt to small screens and to text zoom

Known limitations

• The capability statements are one-page PDFs. They have not been audited for accessibility yet. If you need their content in another format, please tell us.
• Some interactive drawings, such as the rack and the lifecycle route, show information visually. The same information is available as text on the page.
• If you open an address that does not exist on this site, our website host, Wix, shows its own "Page wasn't found" page. That page is outside our control. It has known accessibility issues: it does not declare its language, it has no page landmarks, it has no skip link, and its link has no visible focus outline.
